He has been the president of PSM from 2001 till today. Throughout his years of serving the community, his eagerness to promote photographic exchange between photographers of different countries has resulted in numerous photography activities such as international exhibitions, photography seminars and photography trips. In 2007, Harry published his solo pictorial book “Glow of Nature” and in the same year, held his solo exhibition “Lotus Imagery”.

He was appointed Liaison Representative and Director of Membership of the Photographic Society of America (PSA), Liaison Representative for The International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) and Overseas Representative for the Photography Society New York (PSNY), USA.

2001 年出任马来西亚摄影协会会长至今 ，积极促进海内 外的摄影文化艺术交流 ，也获得国际摄影界邀请担任世 界各项影赛评委 。提升摄影学术水平 。2007 年撰编出版 个人摄影集《荷影》 ，并举办个人影展《谈荷说影》 。 现被委任为美国摄影学会事务联络代表及会员总监 。国 际联盟摄影协会事务联络代表 。美国纽约摄影学会海外 代表等。
